Finding Our Pickup Points Across Crete
Our primary operation covers Heraklion and Chania, the two main arrival hubs on the island. At Heraklion Airport, our team meets arriving customers at the arrivals hall - no long shuttle ride, no remote depot. At Chania Airport, we offer both desk pickup and hotel delivery to the Chania old town area, including the lanes around the Venetian harbour and the Splantzia quarter.
For customers arriving by ferry at Heraklion Port, vehicle delivery to the port area is available with advance notice. Customers staying further east near Agios Nikolaos or Elounda can also arrange delivery - mention this when you contact us and we will confirm feasibility and any applicable fee.
Our central coordination office is based in the Region of Crete, Greece. All booking administration, including no-deposit confirmation emails and debit card payment instructions, is handled centrally and sent to you before your arrival date.
